Perfume

I love, love, love perfume! I think I got my obsession from my Mum, who has always had tons of multi-coloured bottles adorning her dressing table as I grew up. Her all time favourite perfume is Angel by Thierry Mugler, which was made in 1992. Since then she's bought all of the perfumes he's released. Because of her, I've also became addicted to Mugler's signature scents. I LOVE them.

1. Thierry Mugler 'Alien' perfume is such a powerful scent. Whenever I wear it I feel empowered - it's a perfume that packs a punch and I LOVE that about it. It's not too girly. Oh, and the bottle is to die for!

2. Thierry Mugler 'Womanity' perfume is Mugler's latest release and I've got to say, it's my favourite. I wear this one the most, whether it be day or night. It's got such a distinctive smell. Like his other perfumes, it's strong and fierce. And, the bottle embodies this power as well. Gorgeous.

3. Thierry Mugler 'Angel' perfume is such an iconic scent! Whenever I smell it, I'm reminded of my Mum and I think that's such a wonderful thing. It's got such a musky smell to it which is good - I hate anything too floral or girly. The bright blue colour, the quirky star shape and the dreamy name are PERFECT too.

What are your favourite perfumes?

October Topshop Hot List

I love Topshop. It's always my go-to place when I'm shopping, simply because I know I'll find things I'll love and want to wear. For this month, I've picked my favourite Topshop beauties which I hope to be buying VERY soon.

1. Topshop ombre slinky print midi dress isn't what I'd usually go for but I love the midi length and the fact the sleeves are long and the neck line is quite high. I also love the pattern and orangey/gold colours - it's PERFECT for autumn and winter. I'd wear this for chilled nights out with a black leather jacket, chunky black boots with a small heel, a back clutch and maybe a cute, little pork pie hat depending on my hair/the weather/how I feel. It's such a cute dress!

2. Topshop faux shearling biker jacket - I saw this jacket in store and fell in love. The photographs online just do not do it justice. The faux fur is so soft and the cut is lovely. I fell in love with Topshop's black leather jacket with the removable black fur collar last year but missed out on it! Now lots of other shops are replicating it so it's put me off buying it from Ebay. But as soon as I saw this, I wanted it. It'd be perfect over mini dresses, midi body con skirts, jeans... basically everything. Love, love, love.

3. Topshop floral devore kimono is gorgeous! I really, really wish it was velvet and perhaps a bit longer because I think that would have just gave it that extra something. But I still love it as it is. The colours and patterns are very autumnal and pretty. The fringing COMPLETELY sells it to me. I love fringe detailing so that's fab. For £45 it's a really nice statement jacket.

4. Topshop textured fur collar boyfriend coat NEEDS to be in my wardrobe NOW! I loved the burnt orange colour with the lighter fur last year but I'm soooo glad I didn't buy it after seeing this beauty. It's such a luxurious coat. I keep twittering on about how I need a hooded coat for the winter but this coat is just too nice to leave behind. I can picture this with faded black skinnies, red studded boots, an oversized tee and a black rucksack (like the one pictured) for uni then dressed up with bare legs, a little dress and leopard print boots for a night out. At £110 its a little on the expensive side but completely worth it!

5. Topshop 'Alien' chunky fringe boots are drool-worthy. I've just bought some new black boots (expect a post soon!) but I've wanted these for sooo long. They sold out and now they're back. I love how chunky they are. The metal plated toe detail is HOT! Worn with a girly, lace dress and black tights for daytime would be lovely.

6. Topshop washed multi-zip backpack - I've wanted a good, black rucksack for some time now! I've got a tan one I bought from Egypt a few years ago which I adore but a black is much more practical. As soon as I saw this, I loved it. It's perfect for school, college or uni! Fab.

7. Topshop black quilted panel skirt is a cute, little nod to the '60s which I luuuuurve. The elasticated waist is so practical, perfect for overindulging at dinner time! I think the quilted detailing and gold zips give it a really expensive look. I can picture myself wearing this with a smart shirt tucked in, boots and black tights over the winter months then bare legs, converse and crop tops come spring/summer.

8. Topshop skinny polo crop top in black is perfect for day to night dressing. I bought this recently in the aubergine colour and at only £10 each, I feel I can get away with getting it in black too. I'm loving a good turtle neck lately (after purchasing American Apparel's Russian Circus printed turtle neck crop top a few weeks ago, I've become OBSESSED). I think they're so cute and they tend to go with most things. I'll definitely be buying this top over the next week.

9. Topshop mini roller hat is perfect for lazy/bad hair days! I'm definitely going to follow the advice from a few reviewers and buy this hat in store as I don't want a crushed one in the post. I can picture myself in this with a black maxi, Doc Martens, a little top and a leather jacket over the next few months. Gorge!

10. Topshop leopard print collar - wow, wow, wow! I love this! Collars are perfect for transforming any outfit and I'm always partial to a bit of leopard print! I have khaki shirts, tees and denim dresses which would look beautiful with this. At £22, it can seem a bit steep just for a collar but it's 100% leather so it's not so bad!

11. Topshop black fur cossack is gorgeous! Now, I wasn't so keen on these hats at first but after trying on my flatmate's last night I realised that I actually really like them! I want this for the freezing winter walks to uni and work over the next few months. Lovely.

Pretty Underwear

(CAUTION: THIS POST DOES CONTAIN GORGEOUS UNDIES AND SOME NAKED-ISH BODS!)

Sometimes I think our underwear is overlooked when we select outfits, when the majority of the time it should be the most important! It plays such a HUGE role! It lifts, it smooths, it sucks in (check out http://www.spanx.co.uk/shop/ for helpful underwear that does all these functions BRILLIANTLY!) - but most most importantly, underwear can make us feel good!

Topshop
At the minute I'm obsessed with Topshop's cute, little bra and pant sets. For every day wear, they're so dainty and sweet. I love them!

1. Topshop colbalt blue racerback mesh triangle bra and matching pants are so nice! I have this set and it's the cutest thing. The blue is so striking and the racerback with the lace detailing is gorgeous. I love it!

2. Topshop sparkle chiffon triangle bra plus the matching mini is such a delicate set! It's beautiful. I love the coral colour, the sparkle chiffon, and the super thin straps. I love the triangle style of the bra as I'm not a massive advocate of padded bras.

3. Topshop flame knit triangle bra and mini is gorgeous. I love the pattern, it's so Missoni! The daring cut out of the bra is so hot, it's add a little spice to the cutesie print and style. I love it.

4. Topshop linear lace bralet with the liner lace brazilian knickers is one sexy combo! I love, love, love the the long line of the bra - it's so vintage-esque and flattering. The fact the colour is black avoids tackiness and keeps class. The lace is a beautiful touch. I think this set is so elegant and classy. Beautiful.

American Apparel
I also LOVE American Apparels stretch floral lace bras. They're so pretty! At £16 each, they're a pretty good price. I'm going to invest in some when I'm paid. They're too cute. You can get matching stretch floral lace low slung pants, thongs and high-waist briefs. I've picked my four favourite colours:

1. Nude
2. Truffle
3. Orchid Flower
4. Navy

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for M&S
It's no secret that I LOVE Rosie! She's my major girl crush, she's perfect. As a model she's worked for lingerie giants Victoria's Secret as well as done countless shoots in nothing but her undies. Because of this, as well as her own obsession with pretty bras and pants, she created her own collection for M&S earlier this year, which became the company's fastest-selling underwear range! You go girl! I've picked my three favourite sets:

1. The Swiss designed couture embroidered non-padded bra and matching pants is my favourite. It's so girly and pretty. I love the blush pink colour and all of the detailing. The set is made from soft Belgian microfibre fabric so it feels as gorgeous as it looks. At £50 for the set, it is expensive but I think it's definitely worth it. Look at how gorgeous it is!

2. The French designed rose lace padded plunge bra and matching brazilian knickers in green is beautiful. It is available in a good range of colours but the green is definitely my fave! I love that shade with the intricate lace detailing - undies fit for a princess!

3. The French designed rose lace padded plunge bra and matching brazilian knickers are loooovely. The champagne colour is perfect for the rose pattern. I love how girly it is. Beautiful.

Virgos Lounge Hot List

I love Virgos Lounge! Their vintage-inspired, heavily embellished, lavish clothes are right up my street. They're gorgeous! The brand was created in 2008 by three friends who all share the same zodiac sign - yep, you guessed it - Virgo. It's developed into such a beautiful brand and it's often seen in glossy magazines like Grazia and Look.

1. Virgos Lounge 'Karla' crop top and the 'Karla' skirt together is the cutest combo I've seen in a long time! The strappy midriff-baring top along with the pencil skirt is so SEXY. The beading is absolutely exquisite. Paired with some chunky, platforms (perhaps like Topshop's 'Lassie' heels) and a small, metal clutch it's the perfect outfit for a Saturday night on the tiles!

2. The Virgos Lounge 'Carey' ivory shirt with the 'Mollie' beaded skirt is such a statement outfit. The crisp, white shirt with the jewelled neckline plus the deep purple, beaded wrap skirt is just PERFECT. The intricate detailing on this outfit is what makes it so striking. All the beading, the rich colour contrasted with the white, the jewels, the cut of the skirt, the long sleeves on the shirt.. Gorgeous.

3. Virgos Lounge 'Lana' purple dress is so classic, so stylish and so chic. The off the shoulder cut is fabulous - it looks subtly sexy without trying to hard. The cinched in waist with the wrap style skirt is so flattering. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this dress. I just wish I had something fancy coming up I could buy it for. It'd be perfect for a wedding, or a posh dinner-date, maybe even a Christmas party? I'd wear this beauty with a statement necklace, some strappy heels (I love Topshop's Reflect heels with a dark manicure!) and a beaded clutch.

4. Virgos Lounge 'Arizona' blouse is so pretty! It looks so vintage with the sheer, the silver beading, the power shoulders... It's fab! I'd wear this gem with some leather trousers and small heeled boots for the day or a pencil skirt and some heels for the night.

Meal with the Girls

On Monday night I had a really cute meal and a few drinks with the girls. We ate at 'What's Cooking?' in Liverpool on the docks. We had such a good night!

(Please ignore my silly face on the last one! I think the rosĂ© was getting to me!)

What I wore
I decided to wear my All Saints long, silk, shirt dress which has a really dreamy pattern on. It has slits up either side which is good so I didn't feel too covered or bulky. I wore it unbuttoned with a black bandeau underneath.

I added a black leather jacket with a studded collar which I bought from Topshop about five years ago! It was such a good find, I wear it to death! I also added some cute black, ankle boots from Office called 'Nighthawk' which I bought a few weeks ago. I love them! They're similar to the Chloe ankle boots (which I was absolutely besotted with) but by no means could I afford £850 so finding these cheap copy cats was an amazing day!

I added some silver rings I bought from Ebay and I'm wearing Topshop 'Infrared' lipstick which is a really good matte, red-orangey colour. I wore my hair in a messy bun at the back and added a slick of black eyeliner and lashings of mascara. On my nails I'm wearing Barry M 'Navy' which is always a fail safe colour of mine. It's got a gorgeous shine to it and looks really striking with pretty rings.

Christopher Kane for Topshop Alligator Tee

It still haunts me to this very day that I never bought this tee. It really, genuinely breaks my heart. It was September 18th 2009 that Christopher Kane launched his collection with Topshop and this little gem was first showcased. It was a fresh take on his Spring/Summer '09 collection which featured graphic prints of different monkeys and apes. It was seen on many fashionable ladies at LFW as well as some celebs like Jaime Winstone and even Alexa Chung was spotted in the dress version.

It's been THREE WHOLE YEARS and I still need this top! I search high and low for it on Ebay and I know one day I WILL own it. When that day comes, expect a photograph of me wearing it looking very, very smug.

The Ragged Priest Hot List

We have 'The Ragged Priest' at work in the concessions area and as soon as my eyes fell upon the studs and the string tees, I was sold. I'm quite a sucker for some leather and denim too. Perfect.

1. The Ragged Priest 'Freeloader' denim shirt is lovely! I love the faded black denim (I'm afraid to admit this, but yes, I'd double denim this shirt with some blue, skinny jeans) and the leather and gold studded detailing. It's tough and I LOVE it!

2. The Ragged Priest 'Roadie' string tee is something I loooove. Don't ask me why but I'm really - and I mean really - feeling the string tee. It's a little bit sexy, but coupled with a black bralet, still very covered and rather modest. Who would have thought it? I'd wear this tucked into some high waisted levi shorts and chunky, black boots or out loose with a leather mini skirt and leopard print boots for night time. For the day, I'd wear a bodycon, black midi and boots (Coltranes or Roscoes preferably!). All worn with a black bralet underneath. Fab.

3. The Ragged Priest 'Honey Rider' dress is absolutely gorgeous! I love all the different elements to it. The string tee (yes, my obsession is getting out of hand now...), the patterned chiffon maxi skirt with mini skirt underneath, the elasticated waistband... The list goes on. I'd wear with a simple black bandeau bra, purple or orange lippy, some black heels and plenty of silver jewellery. VoilĂ ! Night time chic - sorted.

4. The Ragged Priest 'Rider' denim shirt was not something I particularly loved when I first looked at it. But then I stumbled across it again. Then again. And then again. Now I am completely in love with it! I love the leather straps with the studs over the shoulders - its all very 50 shades with class still intact! I love how it's styled in the picture - oversized with bare legs is exactly how I'd wear it for night time, although I'd probably slip a leopard print body con mini skirt underneath for extra coverage. For day time I'd probably add a simple flowing, black maxi, Converse or Docs and a woolie hat for a casual look. Love it.

You can buy 'The Ragged Priest' from http://www.theraggedpriest.com as well as in some Topshop stores. Go for it ladies!

Jeffrey Campbell Hot List

I'm loving Jeffrey at the minute! I know the Litas have been on the top of everyones wish lists for some time now but my focus has been directed elsewhere. I've been lusting over a few different pairs of Campbells. I have my fingers, toes, arms, legs, even eyes crossed for a pair of Coltranes or Roscoes in the near future. They're PERFECT. Basically I just needed to share my babies with you!

1. Jeffrey Campbell 'Bruni' ankle boots are gorgeous! I love the gold detailing around the toes and heels. I love the three buckles. I love the slight point. I love the height (4" - perfect for taller girls like me who sometimes don't want to 10 feet tall on nights out). As you can probably tell, I love them. The price could seem a little steep but for good quality, beautiful leather boots it's worth it.

2. Jeffrey Campbell 'Coltrane' boots are so hot! They've been on my wish list for some time now. I love the chunky heel and the cut outs, along with the silver buckles. I think they're such a stylish boot. I'm currently on the mailing list for when they come back in stock but until then, I will be poised and ready with my card at hand so I can buy them in a flash! LOVE.

3. Jeffrey Campbell 'Luxi' leopard print boots are so naughty! I love them! They scream 'wear me with leather please' - whether it be leather trousers, a leather skirt, leather shorts or a leather jacket. Boy, are they sexy!

4. Jeffrey Campbell 'Roscoe' boots are actually making me drool on my keyboard right now. Well, not really, but you get the picture. I LOVE THEM. I adore the quirky, gold buckles and the chunky gold zip up the back. I love the thick sole and the stacked heel. I think the distressed leather adds to their I-don't-give-a-shit vibe. Fashion Gods shine down on me and provide me with these beauties please.

As I've been stalking Nasty Gal obsessively recently, all of my links are from their site (www.nastygal.com/shoes) where you can find more Campbells. You can also view some gorgeous JCs at: www.solestruck.com and www.office.co.uk

Nasty Gal Hot List

Pheeeeew! Nasty Gal is like heaven sent down from the fashion Gods! I'm completely and utterly obsessed and in love. It's absolutely amazing. It started out as an ebay store in 2006 founded by Sophia Amoruso. Since then it has grown to an international website selling both vintage and new clothing. Nasty Gal describes their customers as her "the coolest girl in the room‚ pulling off whatever wildly unique piece that suits the mood." I could not agree more! Eeeeeeeeeek.

If I could describe every single thing I love about the site I'd be here all day! It's just absolutely fabulous.

1. Nasty Gal 'Cambridge' knit is the cutest jumper I've seen in a long time. The wine colour is beautiful and goes with a lot of different things. The cut is really quirky as it's longer at the back than it is in the front. I can picture this with leather trousers and leopard print boots or alternatively a floaty dress and chunky, black boots. It's amazing.

2. Nasty Gal 'ASCII' Leather Moto Fringe Jacket is tooooo hot! I want it in my life NOW! The cut of the jacket is stunning and the 100% portofino leather is something special. My favourite feature though has to be the fringing. It's so unique and quirky. I can picture myself drinking cocktails in this with a mini dress and chunky boots, bold lipstick and a top-knot. Please Santa?

3. Nasty Gal 'Censored' skater dress is so cute! The lilac colour is so striking; I don't think my love for pastels will ever disappear. The cut is so flattering - a cinched waist highlights your smallest point and creates the look of curves then the floaty skirt skims the hips and tummy. The mesh on the sleeves and the cups on the chest give it a sexy twist. It really does have everything.

4. Nasty Gal 'Free Love' dress is really tapping into my hippy vibe which I'm completely digging at the minute! The long lace sleeves, the dip hem, the white colour, the cut out sides, the opaque mini dress underneath - this dress has everything! For only £35.94 its a complete steal. Gorgeous. I can picture myself wearing this with tons of jewellery and slick of orange lippy.

The Cambridge Satchel

At the minute I'm completely obsessed with Cambridge Satchels. They're absolutely gorgeous! I love the story behind them; Julie Deane wanted to re-create her childhood satchel and so the Cambridge Satchel Company was born in 2008. Her bags have had such huge success with the likes of Alexa Chung, Elle Fanning, Fearne Cotton and Zooey Deschanel all sporting them out and about.

1. The classic red 15" 'Batchel' has been on my Wish List for months! It's so perfect for uni and it's versatile as it has both the long strap and the short handle so I can carry it in different ways depending on my outfit. I just LOVE it. I want it most of all with 'SB' embossed on it in gold. I've moved it onto my Christmas list so hopefully on December 25th I'll be able to post a pic with my very own brand new, beautiful Cambridge Satchel. Eeeeeeeek!

2. The classic yellow 15" 'Batchel' is so lovely! I love the pop of yellow, it's perfect for spring and summer. I can picture it perfectly slung over my shoulder with a cute denim dress and some tough black boots for an effortless, what-this-old-thing? look. Alternatively paired with a pretty midi with some brown leather sandals screams summer to me! So many options. Love, love, love.

3. The orange 14" 'Fluoro' Satchel is second on my list. I love the Fluoros, they're so quirky and can lift any outfit. This paired with a khaki or army print jacket for autumn/winter would be perfect; the orange would just give a real POP! Absolutely amazing. Need, want, love.

4. The green 14" 'Fluoro' Satchel is toooooo cute! The green is so effortless and cool. It isn't too girly and I love that about it. It's current, it's fresh and most of all it's HOT! This paired with a simple shirt, skinny jeans and some white Converse would be gorgeous. It would also look fab with a simple, grey cropped tee and black bodycon midi. The green is so statement that I think it would look best with a simpler outfit. Let the Fluoro do the talking.

To get yourself one of this beauties visit: http://www.cambridgesatchel.co.uk/ - at the minute they have free delivery on all UK orders so get going girls!
